Since the dawn of modern music, from Mozart to the Beatles, the recorded products are a rehearsed collection of the acceptable Fashion of the Times. The music of Mozart was appreciated by the populace of his time, just as the Beatles had an acceptable audience for their assemblage point.
Perfumed Animal moves the frozen assemblage point of their time. They are not a band of traditional notes, not a rock band with Eric Clapton riffs or Johnny Rotten Known attitude. Perfumed Animal harkens back to the beginning of music... to the caves of antiquity... before the need to record a perfect collection of looped beats. This is the organic truth. The first time is the best time. This is not Fake.
